Le logement
The Boathouse is an exceptional 3-acre waterfront property nestled among towering pines in a classic northern landscape on the western shore of beautiful Lake Vermilion just outside of Cook, Minnesota. This comfortable upscale property features plenty of space to relax or play with six bedrooms each with private bathrooms in the 3800 square foot house, four decks overlooking the lake, a large dock, and remodeled kitchen. The Boathouse is named for the unique featured centerpiece in the great room: a 32-foot vintage 1923 wooden boat surrounded by a hand painted mural by local artist Nancy Luloff! This property is open year-round. Ideal for groups of 2 to 12, family reunions and corporate retreats. Sleeps 12 people total. This is the number of guests our water system can handle, please do not exceed 12 people on the property. No laundry on site. Please bring your own bathroom toiletries, soap, shampoo, etc. If using fireplaces, please bring hard wood firewood. Local barge company lifts docks for the winter starting October 1, and after this date guests bringing a boat should not tie up to the dock, but trailer the boat when not in use. Check in is at 4:00p. Check out is at 11:00a. There is an early check in and late check out fee of an additional $50 per hour. Our cleaners need all of the time allotted between check out and check in to prepare the property. Thank you for understanding. We look forward to hosting you and Matt will stop in to say hi during the first day or two of your stay.
