Lodge in an amazingly detailed 1912 home on a 'secret street' (dead-end, private drive) minutes from downtown. Spacious rooms, and a fantastic patio will give you plenty of space to plot your GR adventure.
Breakfast (or other meals/snacks) included if you like.
Beautiful home, private yard (backs up to one of the oldest golf course in the state), only 2 miles from down town. The house was quite literally built for entertaining, so it has an easy, comfortable feel with large rooms and unique architecture. Wifi and HEOS sound system throughout, with a fireplace right in your room!

I live here, so I'll be around. If you'd like to keep to yourself, that's fine! I'm usually busy, but if I'm here, and you feel like a chat, I'm pretty social. I used to own and operate a few bars in town, so if you need night life suggestions, I am most definitely well-qualified to help!
I have a cat and a dog. Both are sweet and friendly but the dog will bark when you arrive. She always settles down in under a minute, and I have treats for you to bribe your way into her heart.
Also - please note the lack of A/C. The house usually stays fairly cool and I have fans for guests, but felt I should mention.
I love my home and hope you do, too! Please treat it reasonably - use coasters, inside voices, act in a way that would make your grandmother proud of you, etc. I prefer smoking to take place on the patio, but if the weather's bad, guests may use the back porch. There is no smoking in the house.
Please note that there is no charge listed for extra guests because I don't permit them without prior approval. Air B&B doesn't allow anything other than a number to populate that field. Please note that I also don't charge extra for you hosting a kangaroo boxing match, because, well, you get the idea....
Hello! I have used Air B&B when traveling and am VERY happy to have finally listed my own home, as well! I love to travel and find that homestays (I am a veteran) offer a MUCH better perspective into my destinations than a generic hotel.
I am a pretty tidy guest and have no problem pitching in (tossing sheets and towels in the laundry, etc.), especially if there's a tight turn-around.
I look forward to staying with you!
(Or, now, hosting you!)
