Quaint 105+ year old house on a quiet one way street just a short block to downtown Pacific Grove. Beautiful stained glass windows, wood floor and fenced-in backyard. One bedroom/one bathroom; permit allows only 3 adults (and unlimited children) TUL permit #0187
Beautiful old Victorian cottage on quiet one way street. One bedroom, one bathroom. The bathroom is off the bedroom so if people are sleeping in the living room on the sofa bed, they would have to enter the bedroom to get to the bathroom. Lovely stained glass windows in each room. Living room has queen sofa bed and bedroom has queen bed. Kitchen has bistro/bar table and chairs. The house is so close to cafes/restaurants and Library along with Natural History Museum, you may never use your car once here. One mile to the Aquarium along beautiful coast bike path.
Accès des voyageurs
You have access to whole cottage. It is only used as an airbnb rental. Full kitchen with coffee maker. Bathroom has a very small shower stall so if you are large or very tall it will be uncomfortable (no bathtub). Private fenced-in backyard. No micro-wave, no TV

It is up to the guests how much contact they would like. Host lives just 2 blocks from the cottage.
Parking is on 18th Street (don't block driveways please) with extra parking on Laurel. It is over 105 years old and is not modernized in any way. City permit #0187 (this is not a concern for guests but is a city requirement).
Please keep it quiet outside after 9 pm. No smoking. No pets except for WORKING service dogs. No parties Do not park in front of or block any of the small driveways of my neighbors. You will be ticketed or towed. Quiet outside after 9 pm as neighbors live close and are very nice. No smoking and no garbage/food down any drain. I am very firm on the NO PETS rule except for certified service dogs. I've learned my lesson the hard way and I don't mess with the universe when it tries to tell me something. This is not a party house or a place for loud gatherings.

Local artist who also works as an occupational therapist specializing in pain management. I have not owned a car since 2009, and sail/kayak in the Monterey Bay if I'm not on one of my amazing bikes. I live just up the street in a 110 year old Victorian where my children grew up into better adults than I am, both of whom are Junior Olympians in volleyball. Sometimes I love sitting in the Art House or The LIttle Blue House more than my own -- peaceful and serene doesn't do it justice....
