Relax in this self contained stay surrounded by nature within a short driving distance of waterfalls, trails, beaches, rivers and the beauty of the North Shore. Located minutes from the quaint Village of Tatamagouche the Stay-Over offers the perfect mix for a rustic tiny house"glamping" experience!
This peaceful location is a great fit for people who are comfortable letting go of "modern amenities" while spending time to fall back into a rhythm with nature.

Le logement
Do you need to simply recharge for a few days? “Glamping”, short for glamorized camping, is the perfect way to describe the Stay-Over which is rustic with limited electricity.

There isn’t a conventional bathroom, shower or running water. A very private, clean outdoor compostable Eco Toilet is within a short walking distance. We provide 1 gallon of fresh Artesian well water for drinking.
The Stay-Over is very cozy, winterized and heated.

The Tiny House is located on the homestead where we live year round in our minimalist home so we are close by (see listing pictures for house proximity). We have busy lives & respect your privacy when you are here. Depending on the season you may see us out & about clearing snow, tending to the organic garden or to backyard chickens which we fondly call "the girls"(no rooster). If we see you we'll definitely greet you! Through the tiny house we would love to share the journey of our homestead, together with the natural and rustic experience it offers, with you!

NOTE: Due to a technical issue previous Guest Reviews for the Tiny House can be accessed below the "Location" map near the bottom of this listing. Please click on our picture next to "Hosted By Brian & Jane" *35 Reviews.

One day we decided to leave our lives in the city and start a homestead from scratch. We worked hard together to build, from the ground up, clearing forested land with our bare hands in preparation for our minimalist home. Every day was & still is a new adventure! Our time has been consumed preparing garden beds, planting fruit trees, grape vines & raspberry canes, handcrafting the interior & exterior of our much loved Tiny House Glamping Stay Over as well as building an outdoor “Loveable Loo” & a coop where “the girls” (no rooster) hang out. Through the tiny house we would love to share the journey of our homestead, together with the natural and rustic experience it offers, with you!
