Cozy LA Valley home! Living room features a full upright piano, inviting fireplace, record player & records, Smart TV, & spectacular view of the private yard through beautiful French doors. A bright kitchen with bar-style area offers plenty of prep space. Master bedroom with ensuite bath. Covered brick patio, outdoor fire pit & BBQ are perfect for entertaining. 2 car driveway parking included. Plenty of shopping, restaurants/bars & entertainment nearby!

Master bedroom (King bed) features ensuite bathroom and overlooks the backyard. Second bedroom (Queen bed) down the hall. Living room includes a convertible sofabed (Queen), and an air mattress is available as well, if desired. Please note that the second bathroom is separate from the bedrooms, around on the kitchen side of the house.

HUGE walled-in backyard complete with hanging lights, fire pit, BBQ, and plenty of great private space for kids and pets.

With 2 cozy bedrooms, plush bedding and comfy pillows, you'll sleep like a dream in this LA valley home. The kitchen boasts tons of counter space and is fully stocked with all the basics that you might need to entertain friends, or prepare a family meal. The island and open plan dining and living spaces make this home ideal for sharing a getaway together.

This home makes a great base for small groups or families to relax outside of the stress of the city, but still get to the beach, an event, or to and from LAX for a flight. It's also near Ventura Blvd, with tons of nightlife and up and coming eateries and bars that can satisfy any foodie.

It's is perfect for up to 6 guests who are respectful of the neighbors and the home. It is not a party house in any way, and is not appropriate for heavy alcohol or drug use, wild parties, or unaccompanied minors. I do not permit smoking including marijuana on the premises.

***No loud music or noise outdoors. There is an outdoor noise (decibel) meter installed for monitoring that alerts host when noise levels exceed courtesy to our neighborhood. If keeping noise moderate is a problem for you, this is not the right home for you to book.

GARDEN MAINTENANCE: 
To ensure the exterior of the home stays beautiful, landscape services do come once weekly for a few minutes early in the morning, and are instructed not to disturb guests.

Not far from the home is Ventura Boulevard, a strip of high-end restaurants and shops that stretches from Universal City to Thousand Oaks. Here you’ll find everything from diners and fast-food joints, boutique shopping to traditional clothing stores, grocery stores, coffee shops and lots of retail shopping.

TV & movie studios are spread everywhere, and create a main artery for travel in the area.

The San Fernando Valley has tons to offer, and seems like it's practically growing by the week! Car culture was basically invented here, along with the mini-mall, the drive-in movie theater, drive-in bank and drive-in restaurant. Look closer, and you'll see there's a lot more there. This is where many real Angelenos live, making it more laid-back and down to earth than other areas in the city.
