This Gorgeous 4 bedroom Home has been thoughtfully designed to maximise space. It has been built with top quality finishes.

Perfect for a relocating professional with the capability of utilising this as a home office space. Positioned perfectly for someone needing to be near to RPA or Sydney Uni.

The lower level of the house has a large bedroom/office with ensuite. There is another bedroom with built in robes as well as a secondary living area and access to the courtyard with a dining table to seat 4. There is also a powder room on this level.

There are polished timber floors throughout. The all white kitchen is on the first floor and very well equipped with all you would need to prepare a gourmet meal or just a quick snack. All the bathrooms are ultra modern with large showers.

Also on the first floor, bedroom 3 has a built in wardrobe and balcony. There is a laundry cupboard and also a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen and dining room patio windows open completely to the pergola overlooking the rear terrace.

On the top level is a large attic bedroom with built in wardrobes.

There is some street parking nearby to this property.

This area enjoys ease of travel to Sydney as it is so close to Enmore Railway station. The bus stop is also nearby. Although the trains run past the house there is minimal noise impact as the house is double-glazed.

Nice terrace house....but. The rooms are very spartan, the cleaning us not up to scratch, maintenance is overdue. The property is obviously managed by a company and it is souless and unloved. Bathroom tiles were unclean and there is a mould line behind the sink, shower roses wont stay up, the front gate jams, dishwaher doesnt work, majority if bathroom fittings are broken or loose. The train noise is very high and the double glazing is ineffective. If you need quiet, only one small bedroom is useable. The house in undecorated and unwelcoming. It is not prestige and not worth the price

Booking this property on Airbnb was very easy. The house is very close to all transport. The downside of this is that the two end bedrooms face the train track, which is just across the street, and sleep is disrupted up until 12.30 am to 5.30 am when all trains stop. The space was great, 4 large bedrooms all with double beds. A separate rumpus area for the kids and upstairs kitchen are. A few little things were missing such as tea towels in the kitchen, any form of soap either for washing hands or dishes, and possibly adding tea, coffee and milk for your guests to use if arriving late. But overall quite a nice place, easy walking distance to shops and cafes.

Great place to stay, exactly as advertised and within 10 min walk to the main bustle of Enmore road. Would stay again.
