Firstly, we did all of our best to satisfy your request of an early check-in (at 10:00 am, and we were able to do it as previous hosts left the apt at 5:30 am): please note that no conventional hotels give you this for free; despite this you arrived later (go back to our conversation registered on Airbnb webpage). At check-in we readily informe you than we can't arrange late check-out, depending on the need to satisfy at the same next hosts (whose check-in request was at 1:00 pm) and for this reason we kindly asked for a check-out at 10:30 am offering to take care of your luggage, until next check-in time, obviously (again, we differ from conventional hotel). No changes were occurred, no needs to vary nor to confirm. Concerning our cleaning service price, that you find too expensive for one night only, it remains the same for longer stay as well: we wish to lead you to elaborate some a pairs of considerations. for one night: have we to change bed linen, bath towels and shower rug or not? Have we to accurately clean and sanitized toilet, basin and shower or not? Have we to sweep and wash the floor or not? Have we clean all mirrors from any finger marks and spray, or not? Have we clean the sink, the kitchen area used for breakfast, or not? And bed rugs? Cleaning and reset procedures are our first best tip: they are rigorously the same for one or more nights of staying and they are ordinarily run with first quality products, as people can see them.
