Had a short but great stay with Zeltzin. She was very warm, welcoming and fun to hang out with. Her place is perfectly located to explore Roma and Condesa by foot and had everything I needed. Just one tip if you're a light sleeper is to bring earplugs as traffic noise is quite loud.

Zeltzin is an amazing host and makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in through the door. Her place is kept very clean and all accommodations were excellent. The locations is great with a short walk to a beautiful park with excellent food and plenty to do nearby. Highly recommend!

Gracias Zeltzin :)

I'm not really sure where to begin in my praise of Zeltzin. Her communication from the beginning was top-notch, of course, and her home was as advertised and very clean and pleasant. The room was comfortable, and her offering of amenities throughout the flat for my use was generous and kind. Zeltzin effortlessly makes you feel like you're at home, and her kindness and welcoming nature elevate the entire Airbnb experience above and beyond any that I've ever had before. She makes you feel like you belong right where you are, which is a departure from some other stuffy Airbnbs that I've had, where I felt unwelcome even venturing outside of my room. I was prepared to give Zeltzin a glowing review already as soon as I got home, but then something happened on my last day in Mexico City that truly revealed the content of her character, both as a host and as a human. On my last day staying in Mexico City, a 7.1 magnitude earthquake hit the city. I don't speak Spanish, and at the time of the quake, Zeltzin was at work, and I was alone in the flat. Once the quake had subsided, she immediately texted me and ensured my safety, then rushed home as quickly as she could, which she didn't have to do on my behalf. Once we met up and helped others to the best of our ability, Zeltzin made sure that I was safe and then went back out to deliver more food. Upon her return to the flat, there was still no electricity and no water, and I hadn't eaten a bite that day. She gave me a granola bar and then told me that her mother's house was unaffected by the earthquake. She then offered to take me there so that we could charge our devices, eat something, and take showers. I'm gonna repeat that part in case y'all skipped it: in the aftermath of a natural disaster, Zeltzin took her Airbnb room renter to her own parents' house to make sure that I was fed, clean, and had access to the outside world. I ate a lovely, hot, home-cooked meal, I got a warm shower, and my devices all charged, and then we discovered that the power had been restored at the flat, so we returned, and I left the next day, as previously planned. Zeltzin doesn't just rent out a room in her flat. Zeltzin considers you a flatmate as long as you're there (she continually introduced me to people by explaining that we lived together, and she and I had a long, fun heart-to-heart one night about how she considers her home to be my home too, as long as I'm there). I plan to visit Mexico City many times in the future, and I won't ever stay anywhere but at Zeltzin's. It feels corny to say that it's my home away from home, but it's the truth. Let it be your home away from home,...

Zeltzin is an amazing person who made me feel at home as soon as I walked through the door. The room is perfect, comfy bed, large windows with rolling blinds that block out any light, a small writing desk, and closet. The location was ideal, tons of great street food and a metro station just steps away, and a few minutes walk to the action in la Condesa and Roma Norte. More than anything though, Zeltzin herself made my stay memorable. She's a great conversationalist, a blast to hang out with, and has a warm heart. I hope to make it back to visit her and beautiful CDMX again soon.

If you're considering going to Mexico City for a short-term or long-term stay - you couldn't find a better HOME than the one Zeltzin welcomes you too. If you're fortunate enough and see that there are some days available, you shouldn't hesitate for a second. The location of the flat is nothing but amazing, just as the host. Staying with Zeltzin for such a long time was simply amazing. You're lucky if you're next!

Zeltzin was a really good and friendly host, and a great introduction to AirBnB for me. The place was clean and the washer+dryer was a really really handy bonus to this place. The location was also great, being close both to the subway and to bars. The room has very basic furnishing and no furniture other than a bed and a chair, but that's all I needed. Just a note: the room isn't exactly sound proof so you may wake up to people playing trumpets in the late morning, but otherwise there are no issues during regular sleeping hours. Thank you, Zeltzin! :)
