This is a simple Condo space occupied by 2 other bachelors.
I'm renting out the small room for daily stay purpose.
Not very comfortable space for vacation or etc, but suitable for quick comfortable stay for the night, we don't have an aircond in the room, only a fan.

So we are very cheap.

We have the following at the Condo
1. Mini mart
2. Gym
3. Swimming Pool
4. Jogging track
5. Playground & Garden space
6. 10mins walk from Puchong Perdana LRT station

You can book this place anytime as I'm always available. Discounts available. Basically renting this space small room for small money and for the fun of hosting interesting guests.
