I travel, work, and play a lot. So some guests have the house to themselves the whole time, others I meet briefly, and other guests have literally partied with me and 60 of my closest friends (it was my New Years Eve party and the guests were all about it). But if you're looking for quiet solitude, I'm perfectly happy providing it (I love my alone time too!). I live in the upstairs suite.
I make an effort to be quiet, but if someone is walking around on the main level, it can generally be heard in the basement bedroom.
Street parking is free and available in front of the house on either side of the one way street.
If you need an early check in or late check out time, just let me know and I'll see if I can accommodate you.
No big rules. Just be respectful, clean up after yourself, and if ya smoke, do so outside. You've got a private backyard for that sorta thing.
I care about compassion and creativity. Empathy, ideas, and laughing out loud. I dropped out of college when the band I was in was signed by a European record label. We toured 18 countries in Europe, but the Japan dates were the most surreal. After that, I made a feature-length documentary in Central America, went back to college to finish my degree (journalism and philosophy) then--oddly or not--jumped into a career in travel & tourism advertising. I think the best place in the world to sleep is in a train car on the Trans-Siberian railroad (during the summer, with my feet out the window).
