You have the whole ground floor to yourself with your own keys/entry and free to come and go as you please. The place is spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The area is set it up as a self-contained place with everything you need: a nice kitchenette including sink and microwave, a good size fridge, air conditioning, 2 TVs (one is a large smart TV with streaming services) and a nice bathroom with separate bath and shower. There are board-games for rainy days and guides to the local area if you're new to the mid North Coast.
