Our cosy, intimate one bedroom apartment in a quiet street with stylish living space is comfortable for two. There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Close to cafes, theatres and restaurants, the whole apartment is yours to enjoy.

Our cute one bedroom with one double bed, fully self contained, secure, ground floor apartment has a large sunny bedroom with a real bed, unlimited wi-fi and a TV & DVD player. There is a comfortable lounge room with dining area and a hi-fi system. There is also a fully appointed kitchen and bathroom with laundry facilities and a bath.
New carpet has been laid throughout the apartment as well as new kitchen floor tiles. The bedroom has been freshly painted and we've installed a new vanity unit in the bathroom. The stove and washing machine are modern and relatively new.
The whole area from Darlinghurst, Kings Cross, East Sydney and Potts Point is one of the most vibrant areas in Sydney and though the apartment is close to a range of cafes, restaurants and night life on Darlinghurst Road and Victoria Street, it is located in a quiet, well lit area.
Situated about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Sydney and close to public transport, the apartment is also just a short distance from Kings Cross railway station, buses and taxis.

We meet all guests on arrival and we can be contacted if needed. But, the apartment is yours to enjoy.
Note Standard Terms and Conditions
Our apartment is large enough for 2 persons only.
No extra beds, mattresses or pop-up/camp beds are allowed.
The lounge settee must not be used as an extra bed.
The number of guests must not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation (that is, no more than 2 persons).
Pets are strictly not permitted.
Children cannot be accommodated in the apartment.
There is a minimum of 2 nights stay.
Our cancellation policy is strict; 50% refund if cancellation occurs 7 full days before confirmed occupancy is due to commence. Cleaning fee will be refunded.
The apartment is available from 2.00 pm on the day of your arrival.
All arrivals cannot be later than 10.00 pm. One of us meets all guests on arrival to hand over the keys and answer any immediate questions.
We ask that you call our mobile 30 minutes before your arrival so we can meet you. Number will be given to you upon reservation confirmation.
Check out time can be flexible depending on the arrival of in-coming guests, but generally no later than 11.00am so we can prepare the apartment for our next guests.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. If there is an odour of smoke, the apartment will be cleaned to remove the odour which may cost the guest more than $250. The matter will also be reported to AirBnB.
Smoke alarms are fitted and are linked to the NSW Fire Brigade. All false calls may incur a change of more than $900 which the guest must pay. AirBnB will be notified.
One set of bed linen, pillows, doona, 2 towels, tea towels will be supplied.

Disturbance, damage and theft
We value our neighbours. Excessive noise or other disturbances are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of rental.
No parties in the front garden or in the apartment are allowed.
Damages, breakages and loss are the tenants’ responsibility during their stay. All damage and breakages must be rectified or replaced and/or paid for.
Be careful not to burn toast or cooking oil. The smoke detectors are linked to the NSW Fire Brigade and a false call out may cost the guest more than $900 per call out.
We trust that no-one will steal items from the apartment, but all thefts will be reported to the NSW Police along with the guests details.
Any disturbances, damages, loss or theft will be reported to AirBnB.
The owners take no responsibility for the tenants’ property during their stay in the apartment.
Personal liability: the tenant is responsible for their own safety and welfare.
The owners are not liable for any harm caused to the tenant’s welfare while they are in the property.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the apartment is available as booked. However, the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

My partner Taylor and I have lived in Darlinghurst for many years. We love the vibrant atmosphere but also appreciate the village feel of old terraces and apartments, and winding streets to explore which give this area so much character. We are experienced travellers to Europe, Britain, South East Asia, India, USA, Turkey, Japan and Australia. Good accommodation is important to us and can make or break a trip. With this in mind we offer the apartment as a comfortable and accessible retreat during your stay in Sydney.
