It features a totally equipped kitchen with modern amenities like a Double door Fridge, an Induction , microwave , a Toaster, a kettle , a water purifier to prepare make light food. . Basic cutlery is provided . There is no provision of washing machine .
This luxurious penthouse boasts of 4 deluxe bedrooms that are air-conditioned.
Of these, 1 is on a mezzanine level.The bedroom is airconditioned with ensuite bathroom, a king sized double bed , 2 side tables, a double door wardrobe and opens to a balcony with 4 chairs and a great view of the fields.The bathroom is modern and has a geyser that provides 24 X 7 hot and cold water..
The Master Bedroom has a air-conditioned bedroom with ensuite bathroom a fan , a wardrobe and has all the comfort with a king sized bed , 2 side tables an ideal place to relax in. The bedroom opens to a balcony view of the complex .
There are 2 Guest bedrooms which are air-conditioned , with a ceiling fan , balcony with a view of the complex . The bathroom is shared between these 2 bedrooms. There are no tv in the bedrooms but both have balconies with a view great views of the fields and the surrounding area.

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy for the same.
2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property. In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
