If you want to experience a Blue Ridge mountain vacation but don't need a lot of bedrooms, don't care for hot tubs and fire pits, and don't want to drive for miles every time you want to shop or go to a restaurant, Postcard Perfect Downtown will perfectly fit the bill.

This lovely jewel box of a condo is located in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, mixing modern mountain luxury with historic old town charm. Galleries, festivals, parks, churches, shops, supermarkets and entertainment venues are within easy walking distance, as are Masseria's Pizza and Canterbury's. Or take the elevator down to Bin 322 Wine and Tapas Bar or Mona Lisa's Dessert House, located on the building's first floor.

Want to venture a bit further? Many nearby activities including hiking trails, horseback riding, tubing, white-water rafting, zip-lining, and mini-golf. It's 3.2 miles to Lake Blue Ridge, where you can rent a pontoon boat or kayak, 2.4 miles to Mercier Orchards, a half hour or less to four spectacular golf courses, and 10 miles to the towns of McCaysville, GA and Copperhill, TN. The famous Blue Ridge Scenic Railway is literally right outside your window. Train runs from March through December, and you can wave to the riders from the condo's 50-foot wraparound veranda. It's also a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal or a glass of wine as you take in a glorious sunrise or a spectacular sunset.

Inside, the ambiance is upscale, cozy, elegant and comfortable, decorated in soothing neutral colors in a pleasing, modern way that reflects the owners' personal style and commitment to energy efficiency and technology. There's seating for four at both the dining table and the island counter.

The two bedrooms feature luxury bedding, hotel quality professionally laundered linens, night stands and clocks equipped with multiple USB connections, large walk-in closets and beautiful views of downtown Blue Ridge. The master bedroom has a customizable ‘sleep number bed, a 43” TV, and a private bath with a double quartz top vanity and double walk-in tiled shower. The second bedroom has a 40” TV and separate bath with tub and shower. Hair blowers are provided in both bathrooms.

Other amenities include ceiling fans in every room, secure keypad entry to the building and condo, step-free access, an iron and ironing board, a fire extinguisher, flashlight, smoke detectors and a first aid kit, and one covered parking space and another non-covered space, if available. There's a cart near the elevator to facilitate transporting your belongings to the suite.

Please ensure that the hot tub cover is on and latched into place after using the hot tub. If this is not done, the large cover can be blown off causing damage, or debris can enter causing lower levels of sanitation.
Make sure to monitor children's activities in the hot tub as they are not familiar with the controls and can easily cause damage.
Please DO NOT allow sitting or standing on the hot tub covers. They are made of Styrofoam and break easily.
For your protection, we provide additional chemicals for use during your stay to help you maintain the correct level of sanitation. This container can be found on the table next to the guest information book. Follow the directions by adding the Enhanced Shock after you use the tub each time. If you cannot find the Enhanced Shock near the tub or are having difficulty with operation, please call guest services at the number below.
