Palácio de Sant'Anna is an 18th century Historic House in the city center, former Embassy of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Since then a private home, it's a beautiful example of the Neo-Classical style in Portugal. Classified as Monument of Interest, recognized as such by the Lisbon Municipality for its Historical, Architectural and Artistic/Cultural importance.
Beautiful, classical and comfortable environment.

Le logement
Beautiful and large studio with almost 40 m2. With lots of space, it's perfect for two or more people and long term stays. It's two loft windows overlook a beautiful view over Lisboa and the Castelo de S.Jorge. Outside you'll find a typical street with many points of interest: the Portuguese historic Church of Nossa Senhora da Pena which is a National Monument, the house where renewed 'fadista' Amália Rodrigues was born, the Convent of Sant'Ana, and small shops and restaurants where you can feel the life and the environment of typical old Lisboa. This room is very quiet and comfortable, perfect for a good rest. Nice environment and lots of space!

Accès des voyageurs
Guests have acess to all Residence's common areas as the spacious living room with TV with all international channels, dining room, meeting/study room, kitchens and breakfast rooms. Included in the price are: - the cleaning service 7h/day, Saturday mornings as well. - free Wi-Fi connection throughout the House is available, even though it might be weaker in some rooms due to the thickness of the old buildings walls. - cleaning service in all common areas (everyday) and in all the rooms (weekly). Guests have also the privilegue of being in a beautiful historical XVIII century Palace in the very centre of Lisbon. Residents and guests have no access to the 1st floor (the noble floor), where there exists a separate area for events that is rented in pontual cases to other exterior clients (that are not the residents) by an outside company that organizes various events. The events usually take place on weekend's afternoon and night (with a schedule limit), and our residents or guests will always be informed about them. These events helps the House management to fund important restoration on the house and to keep the Residence prices more competitive. We thank you for your understanding and we work carefully with the organizers to keep volume and disturbance to a minimum.

Autres points à prendre en note
WI-FI is very good and strong on common areas but since you'll be in a very beautiful and big historical building with thick stone walls, sometimes the signal is not perfect in some rooms. KITCHEN CLEANING even with the daily cleaning service it's important to keep in mind that it is the responsibility of our guests to wash their own dishes, keep the kitchen tidy after you use it and to do your laundry and also to clean up everything after you. We have all our washing machines and dishwashers at your disposal for your comfort! CHECK-IN due to our receptions listed schedule, please give us the details and hour of your arrival in Lisbon, so that when the reception is closed we can provide someone to go there to open you the door, show you your accommodations and give you the keys of the house. In case you arrive after hours or during holidays we ask you to pay a late check-in fee because we must ask an employee to go there on purpose to welcome you, give you the keys and show you the flat and your room. This late check-in fee is charged after 22h and is of €20. But please bear in mind that the CHECK-IN HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE and that we will do our best to arrange the best solutions for you - so if you have any questions about this please write to us and we will answer and analyze your situation.
