Really enjoyed staying in Glenwood Park. It's a newly redeveloped area with grocery, gas, and easy access to the highway. Good value for its proximity to downtown.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay in the Glenwood Park carriage house. The neighborhood is a new, master-planned, walkable development with a small park and shops/dining/coffee and is, as far as I experienced, very safe. The carriage house is also walking distance to a super Kroger (right across the street) with gas station and pharmacy. The house has easy access right onto I-20 W and is only 5-10 min to EAV, Grant Park, Little Five Points, Highland Village, Old Fourth Ward, Piedmont Park, and essentially all of East Atlanta's coolest places to hang out, shop, and eat. The carriage house is exactly as pictured in the listing and layout - quaint, but has more than enough space for a single person or a couple who don't have a ton of stuff. Everything in the unit is new and simply, tastefully decorated. This rental also includes an in-garage parking spot, (which is how you access the unit), making it great for anyone new to ATL and looking for extra assurance of safety and privacy. Additionally, the separate entrance to the unit meant I could socialize with the front house tenants when I wanted to (you share the courtyard with the front house - great if you are trying to make a couple of fast friends!), but also escape to my private space whenever. And Perrin was so accommodating: meeting up with both me and a friend in town prior to a long-term move in (from Texas) so that I could be comfortable with my decision to stay here, provided a new dresser for the unit when the drawers on the one there got wonky, and has been nothing but quick to reply and address any question or concern of mine. Overall, a great stay!
