Newly remodeled pet-friendly basement studio with private entrance, spa-like bathroom amenities with a large claw-foot tub and a small private yard. Be aware that the host's family lives above the property and has friendly dogs of their own. The neighborhood is very dog friendly, and there can be some barking heard throughout the day.

Close to public transportation, as well as many restaurants, coffee shops and cannabis cafes.

Ballard: As the Nordic Heritage Museum confirms, this neighborhood remains proud of its Scandinavian roots and hard-working maritime past. The vibe has greatly changed in recent decades, though, with Ballard now known as one of the hottest going-out hubs in town.
We are close to many restaurants & shops, as well as many public parks and attractions: The Locks with its Salmon Ladder, Golden Gardens beach, Carkeek Park, Farmer's Markets - Phinney on Friday less than a mile from our home & Ballard's on Sunday, the Woodland Park Zoo and more.



Also nearby are the eccentric neighborhoods of Phinney Ridge (home to the Zoo), Fremont, and Wallingford. We have easy access to all parts of the city, especially via public transportation.
