I would definitely stay here again, I had a great time , was encouraged to enjoy the space, lots of privacy and it was very quite bohemian retreat in the area.

Very beautiful and clean apartment, the rooms are connected to each other though.

Artwork in the bedroom definitely made this a unique stay! ROOM: This place was clean, comfortable, and the pictures are accurate. Only thing, I didn't realize the rooms are all connected so you have to walk through other guests rooms to get to the kitchen/living room/bathroom. Their cat, Chicken was so adorable. HOST: Jeffrey was awesome. Very accommodating to me and my guest. Quick/responsive and very informative. AREA: The area felt safe, lots of shops around to grab something to eat. You can take a bus right to the Fulton Mall. ABSOLUTELY would stay again!

This was my first Airbnb experience and I could not have been more pleased with my stay. The apartment is as advertised. Cozy, eclectic, Brooklyn - at very reasonable price. The room I stayed in had its own window a/c unit which was pretty much the only thing I was worried about in this heat. Access to the roof where I relaxed. I did not meet Jeffrey, but he was very communicative with me from the time I booked the room to the time I left. I met his roommate Sarah, who was a real pleasure to spend time with. I was out all night and came home in the morning. She made us coffee and we hung out until I had to leave for my flight. I couldn't have asked for a better first Airbnb experience. I definitely recommend Jeffrey's (and Sarah!) place, and will look to stay there again when I return to Brooklyn.

Great spot at a great price, would definitely recommend it! Hip cozy apartment, clean equipped kitchen, simple nice rooms. Cold AC in living room and my bedroom. Bedrooms are railroad style, meaning you walk through the first two to get to the last one but I did not find this bothersome. It is on the edge of Carrol Gardens and Red Hook, short walk to both the Carrol St Subway stop and the ferry. I took the ferry to Wall St for business and it was easy and fun. Thanks!
