Renovated and refurbished in 2014. Five minutes walk to beach, ten from train & town. All on level, king size bed in main bedroom, twin beds in 2nd bedroom, extra fold-up, walk in shower, kitchen/dining area, enclosed rear garden, off street parking.
Our house is new to Air BnB after two very successful years since we completely renovated and refurbished in 2014. We have been delighted with the fantastic reviews from guests (awarded Certificate of Excellence from T/A this year) many of whom are already returning for repeat visits, validating the effort we put in to give all guests a home from home experience.

The house and enclosed gardens are for guests exclusive use. Access on arrival is flexible dependent on departure of previous guests but at the latest will be 4p.m. Late and very late arrival is always possible due to the system used to uplift keys.

We are available to be contacted 24/7 to help guests unless we are out of the country on holiday. We live a mile from the property so are near at hand for help and advice.
The house including the shower is fully accessible with one small shallow step at the front door. The gardens are secure at the rear and are safe for young children and well behaved dogs who are welcome with prior notice. There is unlimited wi-fi and a large collection of dvd's, cd's and books for your enjoyment.
No smoking, no extra guests allowed to stay overnight without prior permission. Please follow instructions for refuse collection.
