We are so sorry to hear that Maggie and her family's stay was not what they had hoped. Since she did not leave a written review, we can only address the feedback: Re: "Need firmer mattresses." In the listing, the beds are described as "extra plush king size beds," and tend to be what most guests love about the bedrooms. Regarding "Freeway noise," in the listing it states, "you'll hear traffic noise when outside (including from the nearby interstate)." Regarding issues "entering the home," there are instructions printed to the left of the door and we have not heard of any issues from guests in the past. Maggie's father was using a cane, and walking to the apartment seemed difficult. In the listing we state, "Entry into the apartment is down a sloping path around the side of the house and up a few stairs in the backyard. It's an easy path for most people, but please note if you have balance issues or need special accommodations this probably isn't the best place for your stay." We also noticed that Maggie and her family totaled 5. The listing accommodates 4 and is the number Maggie reserved the space for. We pride ourselves on providing a great space for our guests and wish we could have made this a better stay for Maggie and her family. We would encourage her to carefully review future listings before booking.
