Cafe Coffee Day, Candolim is 1km from the Complex. The Candolim beach is just 1 km , the Calangute Beach / Baga beach is 4-5 km which makes this complex very convenient to reach.
This is a 2 bed room Apartment with 2 bathrooms (one attached and one common) Apartment rests on the second floor with no lift facility and can accommodate 6 guests. It has 2 Air-Conditioned bedrooms with a double bed and 2 extra mattresses are provided. There is a security guard available 24X7.
The living area is spacious, airy and has a sofa-set that sits 4 persons. There is a coffee table as well. The TV comes with satellite connection for some entertainment. The living area opens up to a balcony and with chairs for your comfort and with a view of the complex.
Dining area comes with a dining table for 4.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a Double door fridge, microwave, gas stove, toaster, Hot Water Kettle and basic utensils. The Kitchen opens up to a balcony with the view of the complex.
The Master Bedroom has a window Ac in the bedroom, a fan, has all the comfort with a king sized bed, an ideal place to relax in. The Bathroom is attached with hot and cold shower facility.
The Guest bedroom has a split Ac in the bedroom, a fan and an iron board with iron for the guest use. There is common bathroom with modern amenities with hot and cold shower facility.Inside, you have the whole apartment to yourself! Make yourself at home!
There is common pool for the exclusive use of all the guests. Swimming pool rules consist of abiding by the dress code ie swimming trunks for male & swimming costume for ladies and is mandatory.
This complex has its own restaurant where great sea food is served at charged at an additional rate.

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy of the same.
2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property.
In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
