Amazingly beautiful intimate gated community nestled in ancient lava flow with stunning tropical landscaping including water features. Bordered by a magnificent golf course with 2 tennis courts, a lovely pool, hot tub, barbeque areas, walking trails, fitness center and a corner pub at the entrance. Just a short walk to a beach, shopping plaza and world class resort hotels for three times the price. Enjoy Luaus there, shows, dining and more. The condo is one bedroom, with King bed, full bath with granite and double vanity, walk-in shower. The kitchen is all new with granite and excellent appliances. Washer and Dryer is included. This building has an elevator to shoot up to your unit. The oversize deck is where you will spend your time admiring the views including a distant volcano. This community has it heads above lesser nearby communities.

Full access, including private wifi, cable tv, pool, tennis, fitness center, barbeque areas, etc. All linens and towels are included. Kitchen is fully stocked with cooking gadgets, pots and pans, blender, coffee grinder, microwave, small coffee maker, toaster, and electric hot water kettle. Almost everything, except for groceries.

I travel a lot and am off island frequently. When I am there, I stay in my other unit on the same property. I have a property manager, who is excellent and lives on island. Call if there is an emergency. On rare occasions the owner/property mgr/maintenance person may need to access the unit to deal with an emergency or maintenance issue. Every effort will be made to notify you in advance.

A visit to Pu'u Honua O Honaunau National Park is a must. It is the remains of an ancient Hawaiian settlement. The price is inclusive of 13.25% state tax.

Please keep doors and windows shut when AC is on. Turn off AC whenever you leave the unit. No late parties. No smoking anywhere on property. Leave it like you found it except for normal cleaning and laundry. Leave used towels and linens in SEPARATE piles on floor for cleaning team to wash--do not make bed. Do not leave dirty dishes or cookware. Lock up when you depart and turn off all lights and AC.

Tout était comme prévu, et même bien plus spacieux qu'attendu. La cuisine est super équipée, y compris en produits de base, ce qui permet de préparer les repas agréablement et sans souci . Plein de petites attentions dans la salle de bain. Wifi impeccable. A portée de marche à pied des commerces.

The unit is located in the northwest, which makes it convenient to travel to all of the best beaches on the island. There are also lots of shops, grocery stores and restaurants close by as well as a nice beach and the Lava Lava Club, which you want to hit at least once to watch the sunset and grab happy hour drinks. Coordinating with Daniel as the host was very easy. Lots of tips provided and the unit is also great. Extremely spacious, tennis courts, a gym, very close to a beach, restaurants and anything you could possibly need is already in the unit. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Daniel was very responsive on emails. Although he was not physically at our location, he was able to answer all our questions and address all concerns on email. The space was a lot bigger than we expected and was located in a clean pleasant, resort like part of the big island. I would highly recommend Daniel's at Waikoloa beach to guests who want a apartment/condo in a resort area.

Our stay at Daniel's was excellent - Daniel and his property manager, Robin, maintain this unit in excellent condition and it was beautifully clean. It has a lovely spacious lanai and many handy extras such as beach chairs. The excellent appliances and high-end kitchen utensils were a joy to cook with. Daniel was very helpful in ensuring the slightest concern was addressed both before and during our stay. Location is perfect for all vacation needs imaginable. Many Food (self-catering and restaurants just a short walk away in a lovely community), Sightseeing (close by local beaches and points of interest and nearby attractions and towns), Facilities (Great pool, workout room and beautiful grounds in a gated community). An excellent place to stay in this part of paradise.

What an amazing place to stay to explore the Big Island. It was a great base for driving to Mauna Kea, Waipio Valley, Hawi, Kona, and much more. We loved this condo, and Waikoloa Beach Resort. The condo was bigger than we expected. A large bedroom, a kitchen with everything you need to cook (the BBQ areas outside were great too) and a very spacious patio; a comfortable place to stay. The Waikoloa area has a beautiful beach and lots of shopping. It's worth it to walk over and check out the Hilton and the lu'au at the Marriot. A very relaxing place to stay to truly enjoy a Hawaaian vacation.

I spent 5 nights in this beautiful condo while exploring the west side of Big Island. This is a great condo, spotlessly clean, tiled throughout. I cooked for myself and the kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops. It is a corner unit on the third floor with lift and stair access. The bedroom, kitchen and living room windows look out towards Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa and are private (don't face any other building). There were some wonderfully clear mornings when I woke up with a beautiful view of Mauna Loa, Mauna Kea and Hualalai out the bedroom window. The large bathroom has two basins and a large walk-in shower. The condos in The Shores have limited space in the toilet which opens into the bathroom and you have to do a bit of a squeeze to get by the door when you open it to step into the bathroom (I visited a number of units). This unit does not have a door at the toilet entrance but the bathroom has a sliding door. The bed is extremely comfortable. The condo is in a beautiful complex surrounded by palm trees and ponds. The grounds are very well maintained and really neat. The condo has a large lanai with a wet bar area, two reclining chairs with comfy mattresses and a table with chairs. The complex has a pool and tennis courts. It takes 10 min to walk to the sea and from there another 8 min to walk along the coast to the swimming beach (Anaeho'omalu Beach) which was always very calm and safe at the time I was there. There are all sorts of activities offered at the beach like early morning yoga on stand-up paddleboards. An amazing restaurant is located on the edge of the beach (the Lava-Lava Beach Club) where their outside chairs are on the sand of the beach at the waters edge. There is also a public parking area if you want to drive to the beach. There are two shopping complexes in the resort area although I did most of my grocery shopping at Safeway and Costco which is about 40km away in Kona. There are also grocery shops in Waikoloa village just up the road from the resort area. Daniel provided all the information for easy access to the complex and then went out of his way to answer all my questions about local properties as he is a long-time resident, property manager and realtor in Hawaii and his knowledge about Hawaii is extensive. He was a very gracious host and went the extra mile to help me. This condo is extremely good value for the price and was an absolute pleasure to stay in.

We've been to the Big Island many times. This is a great value, best location. Great mountain views. Nicely appointed unit on third floor which is what we wanted.

Recently moved to the Big Island b/c I like it better, people here are friendlier and there is less traffic. I like to sail, hike and ride one of my bikes daily if I can. Love to travel.
