I travel a lot and am off island frequently. When I am there, I stay in my other unit on the same property. I have a property manager, who is excellent and lives on island. Call if there is an emergency. On rare occasions the owner/property mgr/maintenance person may need to access the unit to deal with an emergency or maintenance issue. Every effort will be made to notify you in advance.

A visit to Pu'u Honua O Honaunau National Park is a must. It is the remains of an ancient Hawaiian settlement. The price is inclusive of 13.25% state tax.
The whole property is non-smoking.
Please keep doors and windows shut when AC is on. Turn off AC whenever you leave the unit. No late parties. No smoking anywhere on property. Leave it like you found it except for normal cleaning and laundry. Leave used towels and linens in SEPARATE piles on floor for cleaning team to wash--do not make bed. Do not leave dirty dishes or cookware. Lock up when you depart and turn off all lights and AC.
