The 1200sf apt is centrally located on the Orchard Road shopping belt. Sited between 2 shopping malls, it has easy access to amenities like restaurants, supermarket, cinemas etc. Getting around is easy with train station and taxi stands at doorstep.

Hi Royce, thanks for your review and we are glad that you agree that the location was fantastic! We do however regret that you felt that the apartment was lacking in other areas. We hope to be able to address some of your concerns below since these were not communicated to us at all during the period of your stay: 1) Unfortunately, scuff marks on walls and furniture with nicks are quite unavoidable especially since the apartment has seen its fair share of transient guests. We do seek your understanding that the property and furniture will not always be in a "brand new condition" as they have been used and enjoyed by our guests - in the same vein, we do not have a habit to fault our guests for inadvertently causing any scuff marks or small nicks. Be assured though that we will continue to take measures to ensure that the property is properly maintained for the comfort of our guests. 2) Do allow me to sincerely apologise for the air-conditioning in our apartment that had made it very hard for your family to breathe. I must admit however that this has come as a bit of a surprise as we have just had the air-conditioning units serviced about 3 weeks prior to your stay. Neither have we heard similar feedback from our other guests, who've stayed before and after your period of stay. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and hope that this was just an isolated incident. We will have the contractor check the air-conditioning units again to make sure that our apartment is safe for our future guests. 3) Perhaps there was some miscommunication regarding the provision of the towels. To clarify, for all our reservations, we provide all guests with one clean bath towel each (unless otherwise requested). Since there was no prior communication to provide extra towels and/or housekeeping services, we have provided the standard four clean bath towels to you and your family. The four extra towels that you've received was actually meant for our next guests and I believe was taken from our kept store of fresh linen and towels. We hope that you'll understand that we could not possibly anticipate your requirement to have more than 8 bath towels for 4 nights of stay, if this was not communicated prior to/during your period of stay. 4) Please be assured that all linen, pillow covers, quilt covers, towels etc have been properly and thoroughly washed prior to the check-in of all guests. We regret that that you feel otherwise. We will definitely be conveying your feedback to our cleaning staff as we do hold them accountable to the highest standards. We hope that we've managed to address your feedback on the apartment and please be assured that the necessary follow up actions will be taken to ensure a comfortable stay for our future guests.
