We are a company specializing in community development and the preservation of old historic buildings. The building where these apartments are located is just north of New York City in a 19th Century building built by GP Putnam & Sons for their printing press/book bindery. Before our involvement, the City of New Rochelle considered the building to be unsafe and slated for the wrecking ball.
While we have sold most of the apartments created we continue to own a few, of which this is one.
