We have a large double room in our spacious 2-bedroom flat which is directly opposite the beautiful Queen's Park. We provide bedding, towels, coffee and tea, and of course free wifi. Our flat is only 5 min away from the Queen's Park station (Bakerloo Line), 10 min away from Kensal Rise (Overground) and many great bus routes to central London. PLEASE NOTE: if you are looking to rent an entire flat for the Christmas/New Year period ours is available 19th Dec- 2nd Jan- can be flexible with dates

Absolutely loved my cosy little stay here. The hospitality (sharing food, lending me a hat with the unexpected snowstorm, tea). Genevieve and Amanzo were kind, thoughtful and I couldn't recommend their place enough. Thank you!! xx

Very friendly and nice experience, the room was cozy, nice and clean and the area (Kensal Green) was lovely. Genevieve and her husband were very kind, friendly and easy-going. Would definitely stay here again!
