VisitBreck is the property management firm for Cimarron 307. The check in was very smooth, the office easy to locate, and the responsiveness to resolve a few minor issues was great. The condo was fantastic. Spacious, incredibly clean, airy, sunny, and very comfortable. Great for 4 adults. Six might get cramped. I prefer space....There's an elevator which was great given that the condo is on the top floor. The garage was heated; great for keeping boots in the car overnight. The building itself was very well maintained; clean hallways, quiet neighbors, etc. The location is directly across the street from the Free Ride shuttle service and one block perpendicular to Main street. You can basically park your car and not really use it. You do need it to get to the City Market supermarket which is about 1/2 mile away or so. The condo is located a few blocks away from the Gondola Connect which takes you to Peak 8. You could walk there if you wanted to, but the shuttle is recommended.
