Located 4 miles from the Canadian Border the Nut Farm is a one of a kind gem in country full of diamonds. The property is at the end of a 3/4 mile drive way that crosses Forest Service property and is bordered on 2 sides by 20,000 acres of Wildness. Hall Creek begins here and feeds two ponds. The Nut Farm has walnuts, cherry and apple trees. Huckleberry in season and miles of unexplored trails that go up Hall Mountain. There is an old silver mine a nice hike from the house and plenty of wildlife. The house was built in 2008 as a retirement home for my mother who is a world traveler, 65 countries and counting. The house has 2 bath rooms and a small guest bed room. All the water is spring feed and pure.
