The Trot Ski-House is a 7 bedroom / 7.5 bath classic mountain home that sleeps up to 22 and has all of the amenities needed for a large group or multi-family vacation.

The great room offers expansive views of the Ten Mile Range and connects to a large open kitchen and dining room.

LOCATION - This custom home is an easy walk to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle, ice skating at the Breckenridge Ice Arena, sledding & tubing at Carter Park, as well as charming Main Street offering numerous shopping and dining options. The shuttle stop is located approximately 2 blocks away on French Street, giving you easy ski slope access within minutes. (See satellite overview in Photos)

AMENITIES - The main level living area offers a great space to relax by the fire and enjoy watching a movie on one of the premium cable channels. The fully-equipped kitchen features top of the line appliances, including a Thermador cooktop, a double oven, and a wine fridge.
