You will fall in love with this end unit condo because of the comfortable living space, panoramic view and MANY UPDATES! The kitchen and baths have been renovated, with new appliances in the kitchen to channel your inner cook and new cabinets and granite countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen for you to enjoy!
The unit has been freshly painted and has new lanai furniture so everyone can share a meal with spectacular ocean and golf course views. The views will leave you with memories of a true Hawaii experience! The lanai has an enticing view of the 9th hole of the Waikoloa Village Golf Club with the Pacific Ocean in the background. You can see the outline of Maui on a clear day from the lanai. In this private and serene setting, one can enjoy the sunset with a cocktail made at the wet bar on the lanai. On the entertainment front, we have upgraded to a 50” LED Smart TV where you can stream Netflix or Hulu for those times when there is nothing on TV. There are games as well so make one night game night with Monopoly or perhaps Scrabble. The unit can easily accommodate up to 6 people; with 2 sizeable bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a kitchen with room for more than one cook!
You are away from tourist traffic yet so close to some of the finer points of the Big Island. The condo is located approximately 10 miles from Hapuna Beach, notably one of the finest on the island with white smooth sand and gentle waves. There is an ample supply of beach towels, a cooler, beach umbrella and beach “toys” to make for a memorable day at the beach!! This is Hawaii, so ENJOY and do pack the sunscreen! The Waikoloa resorts offer fine dining and shopping and are easily accessible via car; approximately a 10 minute drive. You can swim with the dolphins at the Hilton Waikoloa Village, take a helicopter ride with Blue Hawaiian Helicopters or test your golf game at the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Waikoloa Village Golf Club located within walking distance of this condo. If you need more of a challenge, fine resort golf courses such as Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani and the Waikoloa Beach Resort Courses are a short drive away.
If you would rather just relax, you can do so on the lanai or at one of the two pools at Waikoloa Villas both of which have a spa hot tub. Bring your favorite book and enjoy! If none of this gets you excited, how about a game of tennis, did we mention there are tennis courts located at the complex?!! The immediate neighborhood also offers wonderful views of the great Pacific Ocean so we encourage you to take a morning walk and enjoy the beauty of this tranquil area.
Now that you have made it to the Big Island, you have to check out Kilauea, perhaps the world’s most active volcano. You can explore the Green Sand Beach (Papakolea), Volcanoes National Park and the lava tubes. Make sure you stop at the Punalu’u Bake Shop, the southernmost bakery in the United States, for Hawaiian sweet bread and malasadas. If you find there is too much sun on the Kohala coast, how about a day trip to Hilo where you can check out the cooler and greener side of the island? The Kohala Coast is sunny and dry while the Hilo side of the island offers a stark contrast with rain forests and cooler temperatures.
With all this activity, I know you have worked up an appetite. Perhaps you want to barbeque for dinner? Feel free to utilize one of the grills located on the pool deck which is a short walk from the condo. This condo also has a well-stocked kitchen so you can make your group very comfortable at meal times. There is a grocery mart within a half mile of the condo where you can stock up on all the essentials for your time on the Big Island. You will also find a few restaurants and a hair salon in this shopping area. We are very proud of our island home and invite you to please come join our ohana, Aloha!

Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Traditionally, there is no interaction unless you request it or have an issue and Kona Coast Vacations (on island company) is only a phone call away.

We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
