Interaction will almost always be through email, text, or phone, as we have a 1 yr old who dictates our schedule. The electronic combination to the house is given to allow guests to come and go as they please within their own schedules and without the need for a key.
Cell phone reception is limited in the house, however can usually be achieved if you walk onto the beach. The house phone should only be used in case of emergency. Internet service can be slow or intermittent at times, but averages over 1.5MB/s.
All of the beaches in the neighborhood are private, however people & pets are allowed to transit across them freely.
We provide a information booklet to all guests which details points of interest and various information about the house and surrounding area.

Hello! My name is Justin and I live in Richmond, Va, with my wife, Hannah. I'm an engineer by day, business owner and volunteer by night. I like to stay productive, meeting new people, and giving back to our communities.
My wife and I enjoy traveling and going to my family's White Stone beach house to relax by the bay. My grandparents owned the land before we bought it, and they used to live up the road. We actually got married at the beach house, so the place is full of memories.
When we do stay in RVA, my wife and hang out with our 1 yr old son, but scoot around Richmond, enjoying the local eateries, breweries, farmers markets, festivals, scenery, and activities when we can.
