I am not quite sure what you mean about the linen and towels but they had all been to the laundry and or the washing machine and were all fresh before your arrival. I also put out fresh towels for you for the extra days and if you had told me that your nephew was comnig to stay, I would have provided him with fresh linen and towels too. You said that you were going to be there on your own so I did not question you. You also had a very reduced rate for the extra days.
If you found it difficult to manage the kitchen area, then you are the first to make that comment in the year that the apartment has been let and also the lack of space around the dining table. However, while the kitchen area is a fixture, I have noted the situation with the dining table and chairs and will give some thought as to how this can be improved.
You may find the other apartment at 29 Russell Road more to your liking and it is closer to Kensington Olympia tube station but further to Shepherds Bush. Once again, you are the first to have drawn this to the attention of other guests, none of whom have ever complained. As for the apartment being on the second floor, this and all the other factors of the apartment are well documented in the listing. And as for noise, the apartment is in the middle of a capital city and, even so, is on one of the quiest roads in the area with double glazed windows.
I am sorry that the apartment did not live up to your expectations.
