Welcome to Englewood! Kayak or watch dolphins on Englewood Bay, take a nap in the hammock, or walk 5-minutes to the warm Gulf beach. Entertain in the spacious and fully stocked kitchen that overlooks the Bay and retains a historic charm.
3-bedroom/2-bath beach house that houses 10 is
in an incredible location. The house is on the water and has a private dock. We include kayaks with the rental, and boats and jet skis can be rented at businesses within a 5-minute drive. Plus, you may see dolphins play in the Bay from your kitchen window. They are very friendly :)
In addition to the essentials, the house comes equipped with a few chairs for the backyard and beach towels.
Englewood Beach is also a 5-minute walk across the street and there are restaurants and bars within walking distance. Groceries are a short drive away.
Two bedrooms have a queen bed and the master bedroom has a king bed. All the bedrooms have walk-in closets. The master bedroom also has a private sitting area with plush, leather reclining chairs.
The living room and family room also has leather sofas. There's also a large TV with cable and a DVD player. Wifi is available throughout.
The home sleeps 10: 3 people on the king bed in the master bedroom; 4 people in beds (2 in each of the 2 queen beds); 2 on the pullout sofa in the living room and 1 on the sofa in the breakfast nook/kitchen.

In addition to the home, guests will have access to parking in front of the home, the private dock on the Bay, two kayaks, and a private deck that's perfect for enjoying the sun setting over the water. Englewood Beach is a 5-minute walk across the street. It is terrific for early morning or late-evening strolls or hours of beach-time relaxation.
Parking space is limited so only 1 car per reservation is allowed to park in front of the home. Additional cars can be parked on the street.

The home is all yours for the reservation but we are happy to answer questions or fix any issues that arise. We're only an AirBnB message away! We usually respond within an hour, an often much earlier.

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. This property is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owner is also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. The guest is also responsible for any damages he or his family, friends and guests do to the house and its surrounding.
Absolutely no smoking in the home or outside.
Please do not flush anything but toilet paper. DO NOT FLUSH baby products, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, etc. This will block the toilet and make your stay more difficult. If there is any damage as a result of this type of toilet issue, we will charge you and leave a negative AirBnB review.
On Monday night, please put the trash in the trash bin (located in the garage) and set it out on the curbside. Trash pick - up is around 7am.
Please take care of the home! Please clean up spills and messes and take out the trash.
This is a quiet community so please no loud parties or events. Everything is usually quiet in the neighborhood by 10pm. You're welcome to have dinner parties but no big parties.
Please do not disturb our neighbors. They are generally weary of AirBnB and we don’t want to further upset them.
