STVR OOO29 Beds on Bull is in the trendy hipster neighborhood of SoFo. We have 2 large bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king) and a very small room with twin bunk beds. Also a queen sized sleeper sofa. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK FRIDAY WITHOUT SATURDAY!!!!!!Except June 17th ,I will cancel!

Beds on Bull is in the trendy hipster neighborhood of SoFo. The South of Forsyth district is just that - the area south of Forsyth Park up to Victory Drive. We are the location of the 'Best Coffee House in Savannah - Foxy Loxy', Back in the Day Bakery, Elizabeth's on 37th, Green Truck Pub, The Florence , Blowin' Smoke Restaurant, and more! We have 3 Bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, Twin Bunk Beds (in VERY small room), and a Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Our fabulous 1500 square foot home (circa 1902) is located in the heart of the SOFO district directly across the street from Thomas Square and one of Savannah's architectural gems- the Bull Street library (circa 1913). It is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great room, laundry, and a full service kitchen. A complete renovation was completed in 2015 including all new plumbing, AC, electrical, insulation, fixtures and furnishings. So you need not worry about your comfort or safety. (Many of Savannah's older homes have very old electrical and plumbing and zero insulation- so this is a definite 'upgrade'!) Ductless AC units let you control the temperature in each room separately.


LOCATION: The SOFO district is the area south of Forsyth park. It provides a taste of true local culture in Savannah. SoFo businesses take pride in creating foods and products that are handcrafted and unique. A must-do for any Savannah vacation and worth supporting by locals. Come enjoy this wonderfully quirky area of Savannah that also includes the Starland District and Victorian District. SOFO has been written up in the New York Times, Southern Living, and Delta Sky Miles Magazine. We are 2 doors down from the Foxy Loxy Print Shop and Cafe : a hot spot for local art students where they sip coffee in the morning, graze at lunch, enjoy bakery items in the afternoon and party in the courtyard at night! We are also 2 doors from Butterheads Cafe, with great vegetarian delights. Also within a 2-3 minute car ride are Elizabeth's on 37th, The Florence, and Back in the Day Bakery. Of course a 3-5 minute drive will get you to the heart of the downtown district. Or you can walk about 10-15 minutes straight down Bull Street to Forsyth Park and then take a free shuttle throughout downtown.

ACCOMODATIONS: One bedroom has a king sized bed, the other has a queen bed. Additionally, the sofa in the great room is a queen sleeper sofa. There is a very small room with bunk beds for children. There is a dining table that seats 6. Each bedroom has a 42' flat screen TV and the great room has a 55' smart flat screen TV. By local ordinance, a 2 bedroom dwelling Will not rent to more than 6 adults. You can however have as many children stay as you'd like:)

PARKING: Ample off street parking provided for 2 cars, possibly 3.,

price includes all hotel taxes of 13% , we are licensed with the city:)

Great location and amazing historical property beautifully maintained with all the conveniences of modern appliances. Last minute booking evacuating from south Florida, breeze to check in. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Savannah

Thank you so much for renting out your beautiful place for all of us to stay. I don't think I will ever stay in another hotel room again because of the amazing experience you guys have provided! All the rooms were clean and well put together. You guys left plenty of information for us to use during our weekend trip and you we're very responsive to any questions.

Absolutely rent this place!! AMAZING and STUNNING!! Very clean, ample off street parking. The two main bedrooms are large and beautiful. In addition there is a third bedroom with bunk beds. The bathrooms are simply lovely. There is a fabulous breakfast place right next door. Savannah is a gorgeous city!!! We were only able to spend two days here but you could absolutely spend a week or more!!
