The villa is in the perfect location between Alicante and El Campello, it is in a quiet, residential area and is very relaxing. The villa is clean, tidy and very spacious and situated on 1 level with a few steps up. The pool is amazing and gardens are kept in a lovely condition. The villa has a good all round security and at no point did we feel vulnerable whilst leaving money, passports, and valuables whilst out and about. We met our host Begona at the Villa who gave a very comprehensive tour. The kitchen is well equipped with large fridge freezer, oven, washing machine etc.., the 4 bedrooms had comfortable beds, and plenty of storage, including fresh sheets, bedding and fresh towels. There are 2 bathrooms which 1 is an on suite, both bathrooms had reasonable shower systems, plenty of hot water, however the main bathroom could do with a replacement shower head. There are no sit down baths which did not inconvenience us. The villa has a lovely flow and feel, and is open plan with a large TV. The villa has plenty of outside space with amazing furniture for relaxing. We could not locate the iron and board, however Bogona did provide these asap. There is space for at least 2 cars, and includes a garage as well. We felt that a car is necessary as main supermarkets are at least a 5-10 minute drive. The AC worked perfectly too, which is located in every room. During our stay we had issues with power cuts and WIFI internet shortages throughout. Our host Begona did everything possible to rectify these issues, above and beyond. These issues were the fault of the electrical supplier and Internet provider having issues with their systems / supply which was outside the control of our host Begona who was very gracious and apologetic. As a result Begona offered our family 4 free days to stay again at her villa at some point within the next 2 years for which we were very grateful. All in all a very good stay and highly recommended.

The agent Nuria was very accommodating and answered all our questions promptly prior to our trip. All planning and key pick up worked out perfectly. Our house was very well located and easy to find. We had some problems getting in as the door lock required a pull, which we didn’t know and couldn’t explore as there where no handle. This was fixed by the owner the day after. The floorplan of the house was nice even though the smallest of the four bedrooms was very small as well as the smaller of the two bathrooms. The interior was very modern and fresh except for one of the beds, which was uneven. Very nice terrace area with appreciated lounge furniture. We were unlucky to have a wifi, toilet chair and a dishwasher that stopped working. The ISP took a day to reboot the router, the toilet was fixed the following day but we had to do without the dishwasher for the whole week. The owner did her best to have everything fixed and compensated us with flowers and 10 kilos of oranges. We knew before arrival that the pool was unheated but not that it would lack maintenance. Perhaps acceptable taken in view that it was late October. In total a nice house which we would enjoy to stay in upon our next visit to Alicante.

We stayed for 6 nights and we were 6. This house is situated in a very nice and quiet neighbourghood, altough the roads are currently under works. The house was very clean and everything was brand new. There is a very much needed AC in every bedroom and 2 in the living room, the flat screen is big and had a great image resolution. The pool was very big and there is a nice garden with 4 sunbeds. There is also a fantastic grill and a big glass table outdoors, suited for very nice meals. We walked to the beach for 10-15 minutes, which is quiet, with warm water and lots of space. By car you can visit Alicante which is also interesting, very busy with lots of turists and nice restaurants with a 'marina' view. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this house for a large family or a group of friends with 6 people.
