DISTURBANCE TO OUR NEIGHBOURS, INCLUDING EXCESSIVE NOISE, IS PROHIBITED AND MAY RESULT IN TERMINATION OF RENTAL AND EVICTION.

NUMBER OF GUESTS MUST NOT EXCEED THE NUMBER STATED on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email.

The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.

Note: Variances to bookings can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is generally 10:00 am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.

Pets are not allowed.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

Barrie and Tracey's penthouse apartment is a fantastic space. I spent a number of days there with some colleagues during a conference, and we found the apartment to be ideally located, only a short walk from the centre of the Adelaide CBD. Barrie welcomed us at check-in and had many fantastic tips to make our stay in Adelaide more comfortable and convenient. The apartment was clean, spacious and well-maintained. We had absolutely no complaints by the end of our trip. Will 10/10 recommend to friends travelling to Adelaide in the future.

Barry and Tracey's apartment is simply outstanding. The apartment is large, very comfortable, beautifully fitted, and has spectacular views over Adelaide from the two (yes two) balconies and stunning roof terrace. The location is perfect - within easy walking distance of the museums and galleries of North Terrace, as well as excellent cafes, restaurants and shops. The off-street parking is great - especially with Barrie's expert guidance. Communication with Barrie and Tracey was swift, efficient, and helpful. Barrie was wonderfully helpful taking time to explain everything and give us lots of dinner and brunch recommendations. Highly recommended.

Excellent central location for our needs. We had to attend the Adelaide Festival Centre every day during our stay and could walk it with ease. Open park area at one end of street and city life at the other.

Great location. Close to a bunch of restaurants and just a little further to the shops - was super easy to make our way around!

Great apartment. Clean and well kept. We love the nice sofa seats in the living area. Good location, just a few minutes walk to restaurants and shopping street. Entrance to car park and lift is rather small and narrow, have to be really careful.
