Dean and his partner were late arriving after deciding to have a meal before they checked in. They were angry that the pool was closed but they had failed to read the website that said it closed at 6oc. They became unhasppy with everything and there was nothing we could have done to please them. All communication stopped at this point. As on the website the Wifi is weak and the signal varies dramatically. BT cannot guarantee the signal. Other guests were happy, it depends on your server and phones. When they swam the following morning they failed to see there was a problem with the air unit in one of the changing rooms where it was very damp due to the problems we were experiencing. Hence the reason we were late opening by 5 minutes! They could have used one of the other rooms but chose not to. The hair dryer had been disconnected for safety reasons regarding the damp. A hair drier was put in their room. As regards the radiators they failed to see that they have a thermostatic control which they could have turned on. ALL rooms have a radiator. The TV in the games room had been used by other guests for their Xbox and the ariel cable had not been reconnected. If they had bothered to look they would have seen it. The pool cues get broken on a regular basis but there were two new ones which they could have used. As for bulbs in lights... its easy to ask for a replacement but that didnt happen either. This whole awful experience in our opinion was because they couldnt swim when they arrived late. Please please read the website carefully for opening times. Also look at the info regarding the Wifi. This was a horrible experience had by all.
