We have 2 double bedrooms, separate part of house (see separate listing for B1). 20 minute walk to centre of town and waterfront (or the bus stop is right outside if you don't feel like walking); 10 minute drive to several magnificent beaches! Ideal base for exploring the historic and sunny south-east. I am vegetarian and my daughter is vegan, but I am married to a carnivore so my fridge and larder cater for all culinary requirements.
Two good sized bedrooms, (see separate listing for B1), both with very comfortable beds. Satellite TV in each room. Bathroom/shower (B1 ensuite).

I am a middle-aged marriage/relationship facilitator and I deliver cyber-bullying workshops in schools, who would happily live on a beach if I could. Which is why I've selected this property to live in. I've been married to Todd for a long time . He's a newspaper editor and pianist.
We have been travelling independently for years and we particularly love France. We had a camping car for many years and had lots of great holidays there, including Provence. We love lots of sunshine, good company, nice wine and food - la dolce vite! We hope our home will allow people visiting Co. Wexford a little bit of said Dolce Vite....We speak a little French, Spanish, Italian.
