This new apartment is ideally located on the Melbourne CBD grid, on Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. A short walk to public transport (within a stone's throw to Southern Cross station and tram stops), restaurants, cafes and an abundance of lifestyle opportunities; this apartment showcases the benefits and advantages of living within the CBD. Ultra-modern, slick design, breath taking views and a decent sized balcony are characteristic attributes of the highly anticipated Upper West Side stage development. It has 2 good size bedrooms. One for boys and one for girls. All bills included. Pillow, quilt and mattress plus covers all provided. Share facilities: fridge, microwave, toaster, stove, oven, pots, pans, cutleries, washing machine, dryer. Security bond is required when book.

All roommates can access to the swimming pool, gym room, spa, sauna and other common area in tower 1 by using the security key tag.

Échanges avec les voyageurs

We are not living in the apartment but we go once to twice a week for a visit and cleaning. If we are not there when you arrive, we'll leave the key in the mail box and you'll need to wait for someone who gets in or out (normally it takes less than 5 minutes because it is a big building and many people live there).

Autres remarques

This is not a service apartment. Through Airbnb, you are privately renting the bed with us, the owner of the property legally. Under the owner cooperation rules, you are willing/able to have the bed for a 6 months term. Please be informed that the accommodation is reserved for you in the next 6 months time in condition of a further payment is made according to the arrangement. It's important for you to know that the ground floor front desk staffs are from the building owner cooperation management.
Your accommodation issue is nothing related to them at all and they will not answer any question about your bookings.

The location is great, trams are nearby as well as shops. The flatmate were all nice considerate people. Access to pool and gym were a great bonus! Thanks Jo!

The apartment was nice and tidy. I had a good time right in the CBD. Coles is only 2 min from the place and the skybus terminal and train station only 5 min. It's the perfect location for exploring Melbourne. The views from the apartment and especially from the upper levels are great. I can highly recommend that place!

I had no issues with my stay, excellent location, friendly people, and even when both rooms are full (8 people) the flat is very quiet. Having the cleaner come twice a week is a plus as the bathroom and kitchen can get messy with 8 people. I would stay here again.

The apartment was clean and everyone was friendly but The blankets and pillows where very poor and tiny!

I am sorry if the notice on the cupboard is not obvious enough. There are extra linen sets inside the cupboard next to the front door.
