A spacious & private attic room with bathroom, located near the centre of Zeist, a central town only a stone's throw away from The Netherlands' biggest cities like Utrecht and Amsterdam.
I can give you tips about places to visit, restaurants etc.
A spacious, light and open attic room situated in a beautiful 1930's house in one of the best neighbourhoods in Zeist. The house has a well kept garden with a lovely terrace.
The attic is essentially a private floor and it comes with a lot of comfort. A brand new bathroom with modern rain shower and private toilet, big fluffy towels, 2 person bed, extra air-mattress, coffee machine (with coffee ;-) and electric water cooker, fridge, Rituals soap and shower gel, hair dryer, iron, radio/alarm clock, electric fan and wifi. It's also possible to use both the washing machine and the dryer.
Accès des voyageurs
The entire attic is available for usage of our guests. If desired, use of the kitchen is possible. Guests are also free to use the front yard, which is easily accessible through the front door.

We find it very important that our guests have everything they need and we go the extra mile to make things comfortable. We'll pick you up from a nearby train or bus station, make sure coffee pads and tea are always available and have lovely Rituals soap in the bathroom.
We're neat people. We like to keep our house clean at all times and make sure our guest room is especially neat and tidy. Rest assured you'll find no sticky surfaces and no dirty oven or other kitchen appliances.
We're easy going people, so don't expect a rulebook. Of course, we do expect that our guests respect that this is our home and treat it like it's their own. We prefer not to have people smoking inside, but there's plenty opportunity for it in the front- and backyard. We love animals and own a dog ourselves, So as long as you have an animal which has no problem with another dog you're free to bring a pet.
I love reading a book, yoga, walking our dog (who I officially nominate for sweetest dog in the universe) and enjoying nature . But I also like city life and keeping lots of social contacts, as well as working as a volunteer for a read-project for children as well as being a volunteer in a project for refugees. I'm an easy going person who's always in for a chat. I tend to be critical towards travel destinations, which causes me to put extra care into our guest floor. Cliche as it may sound, I find it important that my guests enjoy themselves and can have a care-free stay. Oh, I also really love wine. And my husband Michiel of course :-)
