Historic but updated home less than one block from the State Capitol Building and walking distance to downtown. A perfect home away from home. You'll love the house and the area! **Will consider a discount for guests with multiple positive reviews.
The house is recently updated with a new kitchen and bathroom and new furniture. The property has an open floor plan with a large living room, kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom on the main level with a queen bed. Downstairs is a second smaller bedroom with a queen bed. The stairs to the downstairs bedroom and garage are a bit narrow and steep. There is also a new double sleeper sofa in the living. The bathroom has a shower only, no tub. Off street parking in a garage is available for one car. Large front porch to sit and enjoy the sunset. There are four other separate units at this property that are occupied by quiet, long-term tenants. Please be respectful.
There are stairs in the property and you will have to climb a set of stairs to get to the main level - it sits slightly higher than street level.
*Fireplace is not functional.

I am willing to interact with you as much or as little as requested. Always available to give ideas on things to do, places to eat and areas to explore. Also willing to let you figure it out on your own. I am willing to meet you at check-in to show you around the house and familiarize you with the area, or I can leave a key box if you prefer and you can explore the house on your own. The choice is yours!

No loud parties or late nights. Please be clean and respectful as you would your own home. Other tenants live in the building so please be respectful. The garage door can be very loud so please do not use it late at night.
I love to travel and love to host! I've traveled to many parts of the world (with many, many more to go!) but always love coming back home to Salt Lake City. I love the mountains, hiking trails, and general feel of the city. I take pride in taking care of my property and others and hope you will as well.
