It's all about the beautiful water, the breathtaking sunrises, and the eastern breezes at our Key West influenced house. Stay entertained with the pool, gas grill, fishing gear, supplied kayaks and bikes. The beach is approximately 1.4 mile away. Sail boats, power boats, jet skis, paddle boards, additional kayaks and bikes can all be rented from neighboring establishments. Snorkel trips, scuba trips and glass bottom boats service the local reefs and a large blue water fishing fleet locally offer their charter services.
Fort Lauderdale is the Venice of America and the Yacht Capital. There is a lifetime of available canals to explore by kayak or boat with yachts and mansions to view...all accessible from your dock.

Note that this property is not our home. This is strictly a rental property and therefore the dressers and closets will be empty and available for all of your things, anything you find in the house is for your use, and we keep the house and property clean and organized, continually working to meet the highest standards.
Our property is well suited for as little as 1 or up to 10 guests, 6 adults and 4 children. There are also 2 roll-a-way beds available if desired.

We have a limited number of kayaks, bikes, and fishing gear available for your use (even a kayak you can fish from). Activities nearby to enjoy for rent by local vendors include powered trikes and motorcycles, power or sail boats, paddle boards, additional kayaks, jet skis, snorkel trips, scuba trips, glass bottom boat trips, blue water fishing charters and additional bike rentals. Miami is 45 minutes away with South Beach and a revved up evening or the Keys are 2.5 hours away if you want to chill with the locals and do some flats fishing.
If you would like to have a catered dinner at the house, we can put you in touch with Le Carré Catering, who will do a wonderful job at a fair price.
We are fully registered and compliant with the State of Florida, Broward County, and the City of Fort Lauderdale. A copy of our Fort Lauderdale Certificate of Compliance Permit can be viewed in the list of photos on this site.
Below are compliance statements that the City of Fort Lauderdale requires for all Vacation Rental Properties:
1. It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.
2, Noise - any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one (1) minute or longer at a distance of twenty-five (25) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of fifty (50) feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.
3. Vehicle Parking - all vehicles associated with the Vacation Rental must be parked in compliance with Chapter 26 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Lauderdale: all vehicles associated with the vacation rental must be parked within a driveway located on the subject property; vehicles are not permitted to park in the swale or on the street.
4. Trash Pick-Up - No solid waste container shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and solid waste container must be removed before midnight of the day of pickup. The Property must be free of garbage and litter except the storage of garbage, and litter in authorized receptacles.

Upon entry on the premise, Landlord shall not be liable for any and all liability for any damages or injury of or to Tenant, Tenant’s family, guests, invitees, agents or employees, or to any property, occurring on the premises and Tenant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature.
