Accommodation comprises open living space with dining room and kitchen, en-suite master bedroom, a twin bedroom and a third bedroom with bunk beds and a family bathroom. The living area has two comfy sofas, TV/DVD with free view and the kitchen is well equipped including an integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A washing machine/drier is situated near the entrance. All bedrooms have ample storage and wall mounted TV's. Wifi available. 4 person hot tub present.
The lodge has full central heating and there is a large external decking area overlooking the river for alfresco dining and socialising.
The lodge is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Blair Atholl train station and a 5 minute drive from the main A9 connecting Perth to Inverness.
The lodge is located on the 5 * River Tilt Holiday Park. Onsite facilities include swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym, hair salon (open March to November) and restaurant. Please be aware that these facilities are nothing to do with the owners of the lodge and Guests should contact River Tilt Park direct for opening times and current prices for access.

Guests agree to keep and leave the Property and the furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glasses, bedding and towels in good condition.
Guests agree not to cause any damage to the walls, doors or windows of the Property nor to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to us or to any other occupier of adjoining or neighbouring properties.
Guests agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard their personal property. No liability to the owners is accepted in respect of damage to or loss of such property, except where the damage or loss is caused by the owners negligence.
Guests cannot allow more people to stay in the Property than expressly authorised, nor can you significantly change the makeup of the party during your stay in the Property, nor can you take a pet into the Property unless it has been arranged in advance and it is shown on your confirmation. If guests do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you or occasion additional expenses of up to £100 per night. Violation of these conditions will forfeit the security deposit and may incur additional cleaning costs.
Guests agree to allow us or any representative of ours access at any reasonable time during their stay for the purpose of essential repairs.
