The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, plates, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and other basic kitchen appliances (blender, mixer, toaster, waffle iron, kettle). The balcony has a BBQ for your year-long use as well.
A 46" flatscreen TV in the suite is connected to an Apple TV. Surround sound speakers are in the unit which are capable of playing tunes from your mobile devices wirelessly (via AirPlay Wi-Fi and Bluetooth). DVD-Blu-Ray Disc player is also available for use. The bedroom also has a small TV connected to cable and Netflix.
This unit is meant to be enjoyed. The outdoor balcony space is large and provides a lot of afternoon light. If air conditioning is a concern, I assure you that the evening breeze will keep you under the covers during the summer nights.
A washer and dryer is conveniently located on each floor. Machines are card-operated.

An aquarium is housed in the suite as well as a variety of different plants. I do ask guests to feed the fish once per day. Depending on the length of the stay, I may ask you to water the plants.

Smoking is not permitted on the premises. Absolutely NO SMOKING.
No pets are permitted for guests. Pets require condo board approval and proof of registration/pet license with the City of Edmonton.
I ask that you respect the furniture and the contents of the apartment with utmost care. I will base my review on how well the apartment is taken care of in my absence.

I bought my condo in 2012 and have been renovating it. The renovation is nearing completion and I would like to open my doors for visitors to the City of Edmonton. It is centrally located and in a quiet, well managed building.
