For professionals travelling for work/business, couples on a romantic get-away, tourists to the City of Edmonton, this condo will surely meet your needs. Situated between Edmonton's river valley and the downtown core, this condo provides accessibility to both business/nightlife as well as nature and outdoor leisure. Running/biking trails are just steps away from the front entrance.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave, plates, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and other basic kitchen appliances (blender, mixer, toaster, waffle iron, kettle). The balcony has a BBQ for your year-long use as well.

A 46" flatscreen TV in the suite is connected to an Apple TV. Surround sound speakers are in the unit which are capable of playing tunes from your mobile devices wirelessly (via AirPlay Wi-Fi and Bluetooth). DVD-Blu-Ray Disc player is also available for use. The bedroom also has a small TV connected to cable and Netflix.

This unit is meant to be enjoyed. The outdoor balcony space is large and provides a lot of afternoon light. If air conditioning is a concern, I assure you that the evening breeze will keep you under the covers during the summer nights.

A washer and dryer is conveniently located on each floor. Machines are card-operated.

A secure underground parking space is available with this booking.

An aquarium is housed in the suite as well as a variety of different plants. I do ask guests to feed the fish once per day. Depending on the length of the stay, I may ask you to water the plants.

La propreté des lieux était exemplaire! Simon est un hôte très gentil et courtois! Il a le soucis du détails! L'appartement est très bien situé et l'édifice est bien tenue! C'était ma première expérience avec airbnb! Simon met la barre très haute pour mes prochaines locations!

We stayed here for about a month and had a great time. Simon's check-in/tour was very thorough and covered everything we needed to know. We we warned in advance about the lack of air conditioning and the need to water plants/feed the fish so it was a non-issue for us. Certainly if you require a cold AC-cooled environment to sleep then this isn't the place for you (in summer at least). Feeding and watching the fish was a daily pleasure! The highlight of Simon's apartment for us was the amazing balcony which was the perfect relaxing space we were looking for. I miss it! This home is very much lived-in and full of things which makes it very comfortable but maybe not ideal for travellers with lots of luggage and things. Simon also went out of his way to get us a second building key which was much appreciated. Overall a great stay and we would happily return.

Translation: “The house is artistic. The owner is a musician. You can play music from every room.  The balcony is large, and the amenities are convenient.  If you are a visitor here, you will need someone to drive you.  You need to walk up a hill to get to this place.  When we arrived, the weather was hot.  The house is on the top floor and does not have air conditioning, but you can use the fan when you sleep.  The owner spent a lot of time in designing this house and gave me a good impression.  Thank you.”

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location for downtown Edmonton. You are in walking distance to great amenities or can stay in and enjoy the pool with a great view and awesome balcony. A few tips from my experience: there is limited room to hang up or put away clothes, feeding fish and watering plants are part of the agreement for staying here, this is not a full-time rental from my experience as many personal belongings including toiletries/clothing/personal affects remain in the house, which when staying for a long time makes it hard to unpack. The floor had lots of dust and hair still around it but Simon let me check in early so this may have been why this was, he was super accommodating. Simon was a great host to communicate with and had a very quick response time. Checking out was very simple also. Probably one of the better options in the Edmonton area

We loved staying at Simon-Marc's condo. It was cosy, nicely decorated and within walking distance of downtown. The bed was comfortable, the unit was quiet and the view at night from the balcony was lovely. Having a parking space for our vehicle was a bonus. Simon-Marc was prompt in answering our texts/emails which was appreciated. We would definitely rent his place again.

I'm a 32 year old male living in Edmonton, Alberta. I am university educated (UBC, U of Toronto, U of A), enjoy cooking/food, entertaining, travel, culture, fitness, and anything arts related. I love trying new things and although I haven't travelled much since I bought my condo, I do love to travel to new places and meet new people.

I bought my condo in 2012 and have been renovating it. The renovation is nearing completion and I would like to open my doors for visitors to the City of Edmonton. It is centrally located and in a quiet, well managed building.

I make a point to meet ALL guests upon check in.
