Hi and welcome to one of the most central apartments available in London Town.
The apartment is prepared and looked after by friends of mine - between them they speak English, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese. As I work away a lot, it is likely they will greet you at check in.
NOTE: prices start from £65/$105 - you need to check the calendar for the price applicable for the date you require. A booking for two guests is on the basis of linen for one double bed. If two of you require a bed each, then there is a one off additional charge of £12 to be paid on arrival.
Check in after 19.00 is charged at £10 per hour of part thereof - this is because I will have to pay the couple who look after the apartment to wait.
The apartment is only 5-10 minutes’ walk away – The Mall, St. James’ Park, Green Park, Buckingham Palace, St. James’ Palace, Clarence House, Spencer House, the Houses of Parliament, the Royal Academy, the National Gallery, the White Cube Gallery, the National Portrait Gallery, Soho and China Town. The similar close proximity of Jermyn Street, Regent Street, Oxford Street, Carnaby Street and Bond Street makes shopping easy – no need for a train journey with lots of bags! Within a 500m radius, there are 15 theatres and 15 cinemas with numerous screens.
It is 50m from Piccadilly Tube Station - the Piccadilly Line is direct from Heathrow. Just 50m down Haymarket there are bus links to many parts of London and the main London Tour Bus Stop. Charring Cross, Embankment and Waterloo are just 10 minutes away.
With the cost of public transport in London at an all-time high, a central location is very important both in terms of money and time. If you decide to stay at No. 1, you will save a good deal in travel costs. An off peak day ticket (for use after 0930) on the London Underground (which stops running at midnight) is now £7.40 for Zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 and £8.50 if you are in Zones 5 or 6. Staying in an SW1 location would save a party of four at least £30 per day by not having the travel costs to get into town. You are already there.
This is a great place to have a holiday: spend your time where you want to be, not travelling miles to get there.

ONE NIGHT STAYS
I am one of the few Airbnb hosts in Central London who will do a one night booking [entire apartment] – if you do want the place for one night only, there is an additional charge of £10 per bed [based on one bed or two beds] to be paid on arrival when you check in. This is in addition to what you pay Airbnb. This only applies to one night stays.
CHECK IN - CECK-OUT
It is possible to leave luggage from 12 noon and check in is at 3pm. It is rarely possible to leave luggage before 12 noon. Check In after 3pm can be arranged. Very late check ins can be a problem.
Check out is 11am – LEAVING LUGAGE ON CHECK OUT DAY – as the flats are more or less booked out every day of the year, this can be VERY difficult and often quite impossible – as people are checking in there is simply no where to leave it. There are left luggage facilities at (i) Charing Cross Station [about 800m away] (ii) Kings Cross/St Pancras Staton and (iii) Paddington Station. It is about £8 per item. The people who look after my apartments can sometimes [but NOT always by any means] juggle things around so luggage can be left for a few hours after check out. However, it might mean that they has to stay around to wait for you to collect it [this would be in his own time] and so if they can arrange something for you, they may well ask for some payment for their time.
KEY to the apartment - due to insurance endorsements, I am only able to provide one key for the apartment.

Great location, great apartment.
We loved our stay in London! Perfect location for getting around the city easily. We were able to check-in early, which was awesome as we were dragging around suitcases, and were ready to rest a bit after a long flight. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had great amenities. We will definitely stay again on any return visits.
Appartement très propre et fonctionnel. Idéalement situé en plein cœur de la ville, tout peut se faire à pied ou presque. C'est vraiment très agréable de ne pas avoir à s'occuper des transports. A 3 nous avons eu de la place, 4 je suis plus sceptique car le canapé lit est assez petit. Arrivée et départ sans difficultés.
Seul inconvénient, lié à la situation : c'est un peu bruyant, surtout la nuit le weekend, et les stores n'occultent pas toute la lumière. C'est le revers de la position centrale. Mais cela n'a pas entamée notre satisfaction pour ce séjour.

L'appartement est très bien placé, confortable et fonctionnel.
L'arrivée et le départ sont très facile grâce a l'organisation que Jonathan a mis en place.
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, même guide de Londres, café et thé ;-)
Juste a noter que si vous venez a plusieurs, l'appartement n'offre pas de possibilité d'intimité car la séparation entre la chambre et le salon n'est pas complètement close. Cependant et en ce qui nous concerne nous avons trouvé ça sympa car nous souhaitions un séjour pleinement avec nos amis.
Apartamento muy nuevo y cuidado justo en la plaza de picadilly. Muy recomendado para visitar Londres. El apartamento cuenta todo tipo de lujos y comodidades para pasar varios días y las camas son aceptablemente cómodas. En nuestro caso fuimos 4 personas y el espacio es más que suficiente.
Sin duda muy buena relación calidad precio.

Loved every minute of my stay, couldn't ask for more
My Family really enjoyed our stay at this flat. It's clean, spacious for a family of 3 and the location is really CENTRAL, footsteps away from Piccadilly circus st. Unfortunately there was a tube strike during our stay there but because the location was so good, areas such as Covent Garden and Oxford circus was only a walking distance away.
Utilities in the flat were at a VERY high standard. The only real disappointment was the mattress was a bit sub standard if compared the rest of the flat. There were 2 umbrellas which was very considerate but these were very cheap in quality and the blue one nearly fell apart when used.
But overall I would HIGHLY recommend this flat for anyone spending time in London and would definitely stay here again.
Location is AMAZING! I cannot say enough about it. We had many enjoyable walks to covent garden, seven dials, the museum, etc with a cup of coffee from a different cafe eevry morning. EVERYTHING is close by. Boots,Tesco, Hamleys ( We have a 3 year old), and a ton of excellent dining and theatre. We watched The Mousetrap in a theatre closeby and wish we had more time to spend on the impressive British theatre scene. I would come here for the location alone, although the apartment and the caretaking is great too!
It was super easy to find the apartment, and Julian was waiting for us on time. The place is very very clean. We are a family of three, including a small child, and we all fit very nicely on the double bed. We did have a couple of issues with the apartment, but I hear that this does not usually happen. Anyway, communication with Jonathan during these issues were very swift, and they were taken care of within hours.
I cannot recommend this apartment enough. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully for a longer time.
The location was ideal and convenient, especially during a short stay. The flat is clean, comfortable and cosy.
Only thing was noise and the flashing lights from outside. Piccadilly is really busy especially on Saturday night !
