The location couldn't be better. Only a 5-10min walk from downtown Napa. An example of attractions include Oxbow Market, 10+ tasting rooms, 40+ restaurants. Close enough for convenience, but a perfect distance to still feel that safe, small town vibe. The front has a porch with swing. While the backyard, offers a deck and lawn. Regarding city laws, my home has been inspected by city officials and is an officially registered hosted vacation rental. My vacation rental permit number is VR16-0041.
