A two-room studio apartment perfect for single person or a couple. Full kitchen and double bed facing bay window which overlooks the most beautiful park in the city. In the heart of the Plateau, Montreal's central, lively, and historic neighbourhood.
The apartment is quaint and cozy, two rooms and a small bathroom. The first is the living room/bedroom with bay window and a wash of natural light overlooks the glistening Parc Lafontaine, a miniature Central Park just a shake east in the Plateau Mont- Royal, Montreal's hippest zone. The second is the kitchen. The third is the small bathroom (with half-size bathtub/shower, toilet, sink).
The decor is eclectic, unpretentious, fun and repurposed [I get most things discount or from the streets: see Agnes Varda's Les Glaneuses] with a hint of nautical!
The bed is firm with a solid bed frame, you know the one... IKEA..., with 100% cotton sheets and pillowcases, feather pillows, and 100% wool Hudson Baie blankets.
Check in: 3pm

Accès des voyageurs
You will have privacy in the whole of the tiny treasure trove apartment. The apartment is on the first floor of a large, character building with approximately 60 other places people live. You will no doubt use the space for rest + inspiration, calm + collection, cooking + drinking but you will quickly be called by the park across the street, the quirky, winding surrounding walking streets, and rue Rachel leading you west into the heart of the city towards the mountain.

I will be as present as you need me to be. The best way to get a hold of me will be to message, email, or call. I will have a friend be nearby that you can communicate with should the need arise if I am out of the city.
Check in is normally at 3pm, and check out is at 11am - unless we arrange otherwise together.
There is a laundry facility for your use through the building's main courtyard, I will leave my laundry card and you fill it with credit for each use ~$2
I will leave you a handmade directory with any other pertinent details of the space, restaurants, events, suggestions, logistics, in a folder for you to browse upon arrival.
I want you to feel comfortable and inspired in the space, and I trust that you know how to make this happen. Please respect my belongings, borrow a book if you wish, help yourself to all cooking supplies and ingredients, make as much or as little noise as you wish, do everything as you would in your own space, as long as I can't notice anything amiss upon my return, behave as you wish!
