The accommodation offers a good size open plan living room with modern kitchen, access to a 40 square foot private balcony, a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.

Welcome to stay at my flat, please take several minutes to read the guest rules below.
1.Please kindly take care of the artworks, furnitures and electric appliances in the flat. Please Turn Off the electronic appliances (especially induction and oven) and LOCK the door with the key every time you leave. The door does not lock automatically.

2. Cleansing of marble in the flat: Acidic or strongly coloured foods will damage the marble surface and should be wiped off immediately. Please wipe up liquids like water, oil or wine immediately before it soaks into the marble surface. Please clean the marble ONLY with water, using usual household cleaners such as polish or washing up liquid could stain the surfaces(leave permanent stains), so only clean them with specialist stone cleaners or water. Also, please put the hot pan/pot on to the pot holder, not directly on to the marble. Fail to do so may lead to the replacement of marble.

3. No pets in the flat

4. No smoking in the flat

5. No party in the flat

6. Please have consideration for neighbors. Apartment must be left in the same condition as you find it, except for normal usage and cleaning. Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and /or broken items.

7.Guests agree that she/he will not use this flat to engage in illegal activity or to behave in an anti-social manner. The guests agree not to throw loud parties or engage in other acts that could cause damage to the flat or cause disturbance to the neighbors. Failure to comply with this may result in the immediate exclusion of the guest without any recompense for any future rental paid.

8. Caution to wet floors when showering, please take care of yourself.

9. Please find the Wifi username and password on the back of the black Sky Hub.

10. No "outdoor shoes/sandals" inside the house.

11. No oily cooking or strong smell cooking in the flat, like oily Hot Pot, deep fry and etc.

what a great development....but what a frustration. The marble table described in the listing is actually the kitchen counter. We wrote and asked about furniture but cried when we saw the "stools" were tiny little wooden folding stools ( being used as night stands!). Chairs meant four wooden dining chairs lined against a wall. Not a plate in sight ( there were 3 or 4 bowls). There were 2 cups, two (URL HIDDEN) SAD when an owner just doesn't do the homework and BE HONEST. When we made the reservation we saw there was a gym, spa, and t.v. room. Not a fair excuse to say after we booked that we had removed those items hours beforehand ( do you recheck when you have reviewed 3 - 4 times?) T.V. room was cancelled as we were there which was upsetting as it was the only place we could sit comfortably. I am sure someday it will be lovely, but right now I wish the owner would have been more honest.

Really good, secure modern apartment with parking and a station just outside connecting you to the overground network. Breakfast stool for the kitchen counter for eating meals suits me just fine but know there is no table. There is just a sofa - no iron or ironing board was annoying. Main issue was a disaster trying to extend my stay, host is not in the country, she found out she was not able to arrange a cleaner for my preferred departure so had to pack my things and leave on my original departure date finding out that same morning. Had to find a hotel nearby.

Yu is a polite & flexible host. I wouldn't recommend the flat for a long term tenant as there isn't a 'put your feet up and relax after a long day' area. Only a squeaky bar chair with a kitchen island. The rules to keep the kitchen clean are labour intensive because it takes a lot of work for water to get food washed away on the island. The bed isn't a whole double only 2 singles that often separate. The Spa and Gym is very convenient with shops a stone through away.

everything was very well organised and in good order. the apartment was very clean. it is a great area with very good pubs nearby and a great Jazz club for the aficionados at waling distance! great pool in the Chelsea Creek complex and excellent car parking facility underneath the building.

Very nice apartment quiet and clean great parking underneath and fantastic pool almost alway empty and spa with a decent Gym. I enjoyed my stay and Yu has been a very professional
