Chill out at our arty and spacious pad in St. Peters, right next to St. Peters station, looking into beautiful, ever-changing and inspiring Graffiti street May Lane.
Literally 1 minute away from King Street, Newtown with all it's bustling cafes, bars and restaurants and right across from Sydney park, it'll be pretty hard to get bored here.
Colourful, quirky, neat, private and spacious. Open up the balcony doors and you can have your breakfast inside our outside with light throughout the day however still in the shade. Sunrises and Sunsets are absolutely stunning over the rooftops. We suggest you plug in your music into the soundsystem, open up the balcony doors and watch the sky shimmer in different colours from about 5pm onwards.

When facing the building, entrance is on the left. Enter through the wooden gate, there's a silver latch on the left side of that gate, just pull it up and the door comes open. Then walk through towards the bird bath, hang a right, get through the main entrance and go up to level 3. Voila.

Our good friend Wendy will be your point of contact as we'll be abroad. She could meet you at a cafe nearby or at the property. We would still be available via email though.
Please take care of the flat like it's your own. We play a lot of music, the neighbours are cool with it as long as you don't crank it. Please turn the music down from 10pm. The laundry cupboard needs to stay open when you're using the clothes dryer otherwise the moisture starts forming into water and it gets a bit wet. Just leave the laundry cupboard open and let it go through the cycle. If you smoke please do so on the balcony and please don't throw stuff off the balcony.
