This cozy Apartment rests on the 2nd floor floor. This apartment can accommodate around 4 guests. It has 2 Air-Conditioned bedrooms each comes with a double bed. No extra guests can be accommodated.
The Spacious air-conditioned living area has an L shaped sofa set to relax and watch all your favorite channels.Its huge windows have a great garden view . The sofa easily seats a max of 4 guests .There is also a small coffee table with 2 arm chairs . Additionally , 2 plastic chairs are also provided. There is a Tv with a Tata Sky connection provided .
The kitchen is attached to the living area and has a LG Microwave and an Induction plate, a double toaster, a kettle and a double door fridge. There is also basic cutlery for 4 persons. There is NO dining table here but a small side table (3’X 2’) provided.
The master bedroom is air-conditioned, en-suite and has a cupboard. The bed is a sofa cum bed of (6’ length X 5’ wide X 3”). The bathroom has 24 x7 hot and cold water and the toilet is WC. There is a washing machine in this bathroom.
The Guest bedroom is air-conditioned and has a double door wardrobe and 2 side tables. There is also a dressing table for the guests to use. This bedroom has a balcony with a great view of the garden. The washroom is shared with 24 x 7 hot and cold water and the toilet is WC.

1 ) ID proof/ Address proof ( passport, election card, driving license ) is mandatory on arrival of all individuals staying at the premises. Clients are requested to carry a xerox copy of the same.
2) Damages if any to the property it will be charged accordingly.
A refundable deposit of 5000 rupees will be applicable at the time of check in for any damages done to the property.
In case of misbehavior the Apartment owner / manager reserves the right to ask the guests to vacate the premises .Guests are expected to keep the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
3) The Guests should ensure that they do not litter the Apartment, Garden and Pool area. Since this is an apartment building one should also be mindful of not disturbing other guests and move around quietly if you are returning late at night.Smoking is restricted to only the balcony. Smoking in the bedrooms is banned.
