Dear Mél, we are sorry that you did not have a good experience in our apartment. That results surprising to us, because the apartment has 118 evaluations with a 5 stars average, including the cleaning of course, and the apartment is just as it is shown in the pictures. Regarding the coffee maker, we were surprised because you did not find it in the apartment, but you mentioned us that wasn't a problem for you, and that's why we didn't buy a new one, as we always do when our guests miss something during their stay. The 20 € are charged to arrivals after midnight, as it is indicated on our conditions. And regarding the flamenco, you went to one of the best flamenco shows in the city. We are so sorry if you didn't appreciate it. If you saw more turists there, that's because sevillians don't go to flamenco shows, but that doesn't mean it is a "attrape-touriste", as you mentioned. And to finish, the status of super host is given for objective criteria, after many, many brilliant comments of our previous guests. Again, we are sorry that you didn't have a good experience. We would have been pleased to help you if you had let us know about your dissapointment during your stay. We wish you better Airbnb experiences in the future.
